Accessing Your Admin Portal

The Cloudockit Admin Portal lets you view your product key number, the expiry date, the list of users registered to the key, and access to your billing information.

Non admin users have a limited view and can only see the product key number and expiry date.

Admins

View your product key number, expiry date, and list of users

On the Cloudockit login page (generate.cloudockit.com), after login in, click on the arrow beside your email address on the top right of the page.

Click on Account.

A pop-up will open displaying your product key information, the expiry date, and the list of users associated with your key.

Remove users from your product key

To remove users from your product key, copy the email(s) you wish to remove and click on “Send email for user removal”. Paste email addresses and click send.

The support team will take care of removing the email addresses and send you a confirmation message when completed.

Update billing information and subscription

To change your credit card information, cancel your subscription, or download past invoices, you can either click on “Open customer portal” or “Send customer portal by email”. The customer portal is hosted by our payment system Stripe.

If you have access to your company’s credit card information, click on “Open customer portal” and follow instructions on Stripe.

If payment is handled by another department, click on “Send customer portal by email”. An automated email will be sent to provide the link.

NOTE: The Stripe link will only be ACTIVE FOR 1 HOUR. Ensure you coordinate with the other department before sending the link.

Changing Admin

By default, the first user to register with the product key is the admin. If you need to change the admin of the product key, please contact us at support@cloudockit.com.

Non-Admins

On the Cloudockit login page (generate.cloudockit.com), after login in, click on the arrow beside your email address on the top right of the page.

A pop up will open displaying your product key information and the expiry date.

Paid by Purchase Order, Check, or Through Reseller

If you paid by purchase order or check, you do not have access to Stripe’s customer portal. If you would like any changes to your subscription, please contact sales@cloudockit.com.

You will still have access to your product key number, expiry date, and the list of users.
